FORM 300A POSTING BEGINS FEBRUARY 1ST
OSHA's Form 300A summarizing workplace injuries and illnesses in 2018 is due to be posted February 1st to April 30th. This should be displayed in a common area where other notices to employees are posted. Click here to read more.
OSHA ISSUES FINAL RULING TO PROTECT PRIVACY OF WORKERS
OSHA has eliminated the requirement for establishments with 250+ employees to electronically submit Forms 300 and 301 to OSHA each year. The forms will still be required to be maintained on-site and Form 300A will still be required to be submitted electronically. Click here to read more.
