Briggs Latta,
Underwriter
Briggs joined the ATA Comp fund team in August 2026 as an Underwriter. In this role, he he evaluates new business and renewal submissions, and partners with agents and brokers to structure accounts that serve both the member companies and the program.
Prior to joining the ATA Comp Fund team, Briggs spent three years as an associate underwriter. He is a 2024 graduate of The University of Alabama, where he majored in finance and economics.
In his spare time, Briggs enjoys watching and playing football, soccer, and basketball. He resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, Ellie, and their golden retriever, Franklin.
