Claims Review Help

When you click on the  CLAIMS REVIEW / ATA Comp Claims link, You will be directed to the Visual Reports Studio log in page:

https://reportstudio.visualrisksolutions.com/wijsp/scripts/login/webiStart.jsp

Which will look like this ....

First time visit: Enter your user name and password in the spaces provided.  Your user name is your ATA account number.  If you do not know your temporary password, please contact the Avizent Technical Call Center at TCC@Avizentrisk.com, or 800-727-4283

Passwords are case sensitive

You will be required to change your password the first time you access the site.  Follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.  You must choose a new password of at least 6 characters and the password is case sensitive.  During this process click only once on the “OK” button (it may take a several seconds to process).

Once logged in, click on Personal Documents, then All Documents, then click on your report which will be titled

                 Employer_Loss_Experience_XXXXX.pdf. 

The XXXXX represents your AGC-AL account number.  This report will list all claims and loss information for the current and prior year claims.

Adobe PDF: The reports require the Acrobat PDF Reader which is available for free download at www.Adobe.com .  The Acrobat Reader will allow you to view and save the report to your computer.
